Beyond coaching, I’m also a passionate educator and facilitator, having developed and led impactful programs on business planning, productivity, leadership, and emotional intelligence. I’ve spoken on stages at national conferences, regional retreats, and brokerage events—always focused on delivering practical tools and genuine inspiration.

My life experience also plays a big role in how I show up for my clients. I’m a volunteer firefighter and medical first responder, a stepmother to five, and have served as a volunteer Curriculum Chair and Coaches Coach for Leadership Vancouver Island for over four years. These roles reflect my deep commitment to service, community, and leadership in action.
